- Unrestricted Mobility: Move without limits. The VXA Vector swim brief features a sleek 1 1/4″ side cut, designed to maximize range of motion—so nothing holds you back, whether you’re training laps or owning the pool.
- Vector Color-Block Design: The Vector series introduces bold, angular color-blocking that enhances your physique and draws attention where it matters. Built to stand out—on deck or in motion.
- Streamlined Front: Less bulk. More focus. An unlined front keeps things light and distraction-free, so you stay comfortable through every set without unnecessary friction. Note: Solar Yellow may appear transparent when wet.
- Drawstring: Secure your fit. An internal drawstring allows for easy adjustment, keeping the brief in place through every dive, turn, and push-off.
- Sculpted Rear Fit: No sag. No compromise. A contoured rear seam delivers support and definition, shaping to your body for a secure, confident fit.
- Chlorine-Resistant Performance Fabric: Built for the long run. Constructed from premium polyamide and Elastane, this suit offers superior chlorine resistance, lasting shape retention, and a smooth, second-skin feel—session after session.
- All-Day Comfort: Stay locked in. Flatlock seams reduce chafing and irritation, so you can stay focused—whether you’re pushing through training or just enjoying the water.
- Material: Polyamide 80%, Elastane 20%

I am very happy with this new Solar Yellow swim brief. I have worn the earlier versions of the VXA swim brief and I was happy with them as well. This new series is even better. The material is comfortable, especially in the water. The material used adds to the ‘feel’ of the water. I have a 31″ waist and the 32 I ordered fits perfectly. I like the seam in the back because there is no sagging and the compression/tight nature makes for an attractive fit. I do not find the Solar Yellow all that transparent or revealing. There is the typical outline visible to anyone who wants to stare which is still acceptable among serious swimmers. Like most swimmers here, I shave so that cuts down on the visible anatomy. At my club the male swimmers mostly wear the very low cut briefs and many of those are unlined. The only difference with the VXA briefs and the other low cut briefs is the VXA has no pouch in front so expect compression of the male anatomy. With this type of compression, I find pointing to the side more comfortable but either that or pointed down works fine. I also purchased the brief in the blue and would wear that to a meet rather than the lighter color.
Several other swimmers have asked me about this new VXA swim brief and said they intend to purchase one.

I’ve worn these previously but like the new styles. I’ve also not found this yellow to be very transparent at all. Great fit as ever.
