Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- All returned items are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our specified conditions.
- Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
- Exchanges and refunds will be processed only after we have received the returned items. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take a few days to process, depending on the payment method used.
- For U.S. domestic returns: a restocking fee of 15% of the total value of the returned items will be deducted from your refund.
- For U.S. domestic exchanges: you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us, unless the items you received are damaged or defective.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective item:
- You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if the product arrived damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at info@VXASports.com and include photos of the damaged product along with your order number and your contact information.
